Meet Padma.
Owner, dreamer, entrepreneur, and the new owner of Caviar Bistro.

Born in Vietnam. Raised on rich history, vibrant energy, warm hospitality, and the kind of food that makes you sit down and stay a while. She’s built resorts and communities back home, and now she’s brought her heart (and her bánh mì) to Vancouver.

This sweet bistro is her latest love. A simple, soulful spot on the Coal Harbour seawall.

Brunch all day. Coffee. Pastries. Pizza. Golden Chicken Rice. Saigon rolls. Wine at sunset.

No white tablecloths. No fuss. Just good food, good energy, and a view worth lingering over.
