Some mornings are made for slow unfolding. No meetings. No rush. Just sunlight creeping across the table and the promise of something warm and satisfying. That’s what brunch is for.
At Caviar Bistro, our brunch is an invitation to pause and savour a moment just for yourself.
The avocado toast is silky and luxurious. Thick country bread, toasted until golden, holding layers of buttery avocado slices and crumbly feta. A a jammy poached egg rests on top like a crown. Toasted almonds add a nutty crunch, while honey and balsamic lingers sweet and tangy over every bite. It’s truly comfort food.
Then there’s the decadent French toast. Golden and pillowy, soaked in our banana custard and sprinkled generously with berries. A side of peanut butter waits patiently, along with a pour of pure maple syrup. This one feels like a celebration, even on an ordinary day.
Egg benedicts arrive soft and smooth. Poached eggs on cream cheese and toast, with roasted potatoes crisp at the edges. Choose your culinary companion — bacon, smoked salmon, or avocado. Each one brings its own kind of pleasure.
If your morning calls for something deeper, the shakshuka is warm and full of character. Sweet peppers and tomatoes simmered into a rich sauce, with feta and egg nestled in the centre. Toast served alongside for scooping, dipping, enjoying.
And for those who want it all, the English breakfast is hearty and generous. Sausage and bacon. Eggs done right. Toast. Potatoes. A bit of green to balance it out. A proper start to a day filled with promise.
