Caviar’s Midday Mood
These are meals are not meant for rushing, they are for savouring.

Lunch comes in like a soft Pacific Ocean breeze at Caviar Bistro, a fresh and gentle arrival of something fragrant.
There is the chicken mushroom sandwich, warm and satisfying. Sourdough toasted until golden. Cajun chicken layered with pesto mayo and mushrooms that bring that savoury edge. Melted cheese. A thick slice of tomato. Served with a side of house greens. It is the kind of sandwich that is comfort food.
Or maybe the golden chicken rice is more your thing. Baked chicken tucked in beside bright golden turmeric rice. A scattering of pickled vegetables. Fresh herbs and a spoon of Chẩm chéo dipping sauce that hums with summer freshness. It is familiar.
The southern chicken wrap is your casual fare but oh so healthy. Cajun spiced chicken wrapped up with black beans and ranch. Tomato and mozzarella tucked into a tortilla. Easy to eat. Easy to love. Food you want to eat on a patio with your sleeves rolled up and the sun in your eyes.
And then there is the West Coast breakfast wrap. Fluffy eggs with mushrooms and onion. Asparagus and melted cheese. All dusted with hot chili spice. It is breakfast with bite. Brunch without fuss.
These are meals are not meant for rushing, they are for savouring.
